Steamist DSM-9

The DSM-9 steam shower generator boasts a 9 kilowatt power rating and can power steam rooms with dimensions between 210 to 300 adjusted cubic feet. The DSM-9 steam bath generator comes with a stainless steel body, an industrial grade heating element, durable electronic components, an electronic water-level control system, modular “snap-in” control connections, and various other features.

The Steamist DSM-9 steam unit requires the use of a SMC-150 SM Control Package. The SMC-150 comes with a matching finish steam head. The Steamist SMC-150 control allows bathers to adjust the temperature, steam bathing duration, and various other bathing preferences. The SMC-150 control by Steamist also records the last-used temperature. The SMC-150 control mounts inside the steam shower and can work in conjunction with a Steamist SMC-120 SM On/Off Secondary Control Package for dual control operation. Bathers should purchase the SMC-150 SM Control Package with the DSM-9 generator.

The Steamist DSM-9 steam shower generator comes with a factory installed SM-900 Automatic Drain System that drains the tank after each steam bath session in order to help prevent calcification and lime build-up.
